Access by TrainJR Shinano Railway: Get off at Karuizawa Station, North Exit, then walk approximately 700 meters.
Hokuriku Shinkansen (about 1 hour from Tokyo Station): Get off at Karuizawa Station, North Exit, then walk approximately 700 meters.
From the station, head toward Old Karuizawa, entering Old Karuizawa Ginza Street. Sunmail Karuizawa, a white building, is located along this street. -
Access by CarAbout 20 minutes from Usui-Karuizawa Interchange on the Joshinetsu Expressway.
Take National Route 18 (Nakasendo) toward Karuizawa and turn left at the Karuizawa Station Entrance intersection.
Continue straight toward Old Karuizawa, near Old Karuizawa Ginza Street, you will find Sunmail Karuizawa.

Access by Train
Exit from Exit 4 and go straight ahead.
When the road ahead ends, you will see the Dai-2 Sato Building on your right. Our office is on the 3rd floor.
Directions may be slightly tricky—please follow the signs carefully.

Access by Car
Approximately 10 minutes from Tsuzuki or Kohoku Interchange on the Dai-san Keihin Highway.
At the intersection in front of Shinei High School, head toward Center Minami.
Continue straight, then turn right at the “Nakamura” intersection on Kuyakusho Street.
With the Tokyu Shopping Center on your right, turn right at the Tsuzuki Ward Office & Police Station intersection, and immediately turn left.
The Dai-2 Sato Building (gray building) will be on your left. Our office is on the 3rd floor.
Please use nearby coin-operated parking if arriving by car.
The building entrance is on the Center Minami Station side, not the Kuyakusho Street side.
